That’s why we’ve added yoga and meditation to our Sisters on Standby meetup lineup. These practices help center the mind, reduce stress, and build confidence, allowing our members to approach training, life, and self-defense with focus and intention. By grounding ourselves first, we become more steady and ready in every other area of our lives. This addition reflects our holistic approach to 2A education—where strength and serenity go hand in hand.

Range Day is the heart of the Sisters on Standby experience—where training meets transformation. This hands-on session is designed to help you build skill, confidence, and control behind the trigger in a safe and empowering environment. Whether it’s your first time on the range or you’re refining your technique, our certified instructors will guide you through drills focused on safety, accuracy, and situational readiness. Expect a supportive atmosphere, peer encouragement, and practical coaching tailored to all experience levels. Range Day isn’t just about shooting—it’s about showing up for yourself and standing tall in your personal power.

After a day of training and empowerment, it’s time to unwind, connect, and celebrate the sisterhood! Ladies Night Out is our time to relax, laugh, and enjoy the company of like-minded women in a fun, stress-free setting. Whether it’s dinner, games, or just good conversation, this is where bonds are formed and memories are made. No pressure, no prep—just come as you are and enjoy a night of joy, connection, and community. Because protection is powerful, but so is letting your guard down with your sisters.

We close out the Sisters on Standby Weekend with elegance, unity, and reflection at our signature All-White Brunch. Dressed in all white to symbolize peace, purpose, and sisterhood, we gather one last time to celebrate the bonds we’ve built, the growth we’ve experienced, and the strength we’ve shared. This brunch is more than a meal—it’s a moment to honor the journey, share stories, and leave uplifted and inspired. With good food, great vibes, and even greater company, the All-White Brunch is the perfect send-off to a weekend full of empowerment.
